Spring loaded fiber optic snips



Snips are made from hot-forged high carbon and 420 stainless steel. They are heat-treated throughout the cross-section of the snip so they may be resharpened over and over again, and will still hold their cutting edge. They have a Rockwell of 59 on the C Scale.

Features:

• The spring action reduces operator fatigue.
• Tool is thru hardened to Rockwell 59C so blades hold their cutting edge against abrasive kevlar strands far longer than other stamped stainless products.
• High leverage design allows the snips to cut through thicker cable with minimal operator effort.
